No — one account is your passport to every vault. Create your own vault, join a family vault you're invited to, or be part of several vaults at once. Your stories belong to you and can be shared across any vault you're a member of.

A one-time payment that keeps your vault active as a full Legacy-tier vault for the guaranteed period after you can no longer manage it yourself. This isn't just preservation — it's a living, growing vault where your family continues to upload, manage, and build your collection. Yes! Anyone can contribute to vault running costs — monthly subscriptions, one-time gifts, or the Family Vault Guarantee. Contributors can choose to remain anonymous. You'll see a clear breakdown of who's contributing and how long the vault is funded.

The vault doesn't die. Other guardians and family members are notified and can contribute to keep it running. If no one pays, the vault stays fully readable for up to three years, then moves to secure long-term archive — indefinitely. We never delete your memories. Any existing or former member can reactivate the vault at any time with a fresh subscription.
